Organizational Membership

Cynthia is a dedicated member of Suzuki and Kindermusik Organizations in the county area as well as nationally where she is registered as a Suzuki teacher and continues to update her teaching skills.   These non profit organizations support educational activities for training teachers and providing additional enrichment for children and their parents through their many projects, regional recitals, workshops institutes and conferences.   One of these includes the Orange County Suzuki Festival which a growing number of TEC students participate in each fall.   TEC/OC parents are encouraged to support and enhance the studio environment by joining and volunteering in these organizations.   Their publications include: Orange County Notes, LegerLines and the American Suzuki Journal and Kindermusik Educators Journal.

As a member of the SMAC/LA-OC chapter I have encouraged the Orange County teachers to use the Eldorado site for String Workshops after having success doing smaller ones with my own studio at this location.   I have also served on the board of SMAC/OC before I began volunteering for KIDS and Renaissance 9 under Silvia Perez.
