This the minimum research you will want to do before you proceed.

- Ask more questions
- Make an appointment to observe

- Check calendar for additional opportunities to observe
- We recommend 3 or 4 times
- Observe at least one Studio Group lesson
- If possible attend a Recital
- Talk to TEC parents (Get to know us)
- Fill out a contact card so Ms. Cynthia will remember you and keep
your child in mind for placement in the program

- Ask more questions about what you observed
- Choose a program for your child
- Set a date for your first lesson

- Order or pick up the Suzuki Violin CD Vol.

- Order the book that Ms. Cynthia recommends as a guide for New Suzuki parents

- Register to become a member of the TEC Suzuki Violin Program
- One time registration fee is $50.
- Tuition will be prorated up to the next Tuition Period
- Start picking up your Calendars and handouts
- Watch for your invitation to the
TECSuzukiParents
Group Site so that you can also get Calendars and 'Musical Parenting'
support on line.

- Attend Lessons regularly and take notes
- Attend every Group Lesson and Studio activity you can possibly get to
- Continue Listening constantly and Observing your fellow classmates
- Continue reading and learning more about the Suzuki Process
- Get involved in Parents Activities

Consider becoming a member of the Regional Suzuki Associations
where you can meet and find other parents who share your
values of 'Musical Parenting'
